Summertime DUI: Federal DUI in PA

There is a lot to enjoy at the National Parks in PA. Just be careful of getting a federal DUI.

One of the great summer pastimes in Pennsylvania is visiting National Parks and Forests in the state such as Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, the Gettysburg National Battlefield, and Allegheny National Forest.   As these area are administered by the Federal Government, a DUI in these areas will result in a federal DUI offense.  Law enforcement in these area are active in DUI arrests and have been known to set up DUI checkpoints.

Summertime- DUI Time

Summertime means picnics, fun and...DUI

Pennsylvania is an exciting place during the summer.  With beautiful national parks, historical landmarks, theme parks and many other attractions, there sure is a lot to do here PA.  However, along with the pick up in activity and excitement, there is certainly an up-tick in the number of people arrested for DUI.
